Responsibilities

Define, own, and advocate the Help Guide platform goal, strategy, and multi-year roadmap
Drive the full product life-cycle, from ideation to launch and iteration, collaborating closely with Engineering, UX, Product Management, and Analytics to deliver impactful solutions
Define and analyze key metrics to measure success, make informed product decisions, and develop strategies to improve user engagement, satisfaction, and support outcomes
Lead and influence local and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and delivery. Mentor junior PMs, fostering product craft and team growth

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in product management or related technical roles
3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc)
Experience with the domain area of Generative AI or Large Language Models

Preferred

Experience working closely with engineering to understand infrastructure design and trade-offs
Experience turning broad, ambiguous problems into clear, well-structured projects
Experience collaborating with complex, cross-functional teams on high-velocity projects
Ability to define metrics, analyze experiments, generate insights, and communicate results to the wider organization
Excellent communication skills including presenting regularly to executive leadership
Passion for consumer products, customer support, next-gen technologies
