New Grad, Entry LevelArbor Homes is currently looking to hire an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist located in their corporate office in Indianapolis, IN. The role involves providing excellent customer service to buyers, vendors, and employees, along with various administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining office supplies, and assisting leadership with travel arrangements.

Responsibilities
Welcome visitors by greeting them, and answering or referring their inquiries
Data entry for expense reimbursements
Receiving and sorting daily mail; receive package deliveries and distribute
Order office/breakroom supplies and maintain copy room area
Maintain employee mailboxes, vending machine, conference room calendars
Building maintenance – coordinate requests for repairs and routine maintenance
Assist leadership with booking accommodations, travel, and submitting expense reports
Compile presentation materials as needed. This includes the use of Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva
Order catering for on-site meetings
Printing marketing materials for distribution to Sales Team
Any other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Customer service attitude
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Professional attitude and appearance
Hands on experience with office equipment (computers, copiers)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva
