The role involves administering and optimizing LIMS, managing data flow between analytical instruments and LIMS, maintaining cybersecurity, and leading IT support for lab staff.

Responsibilities
Administer and optimize our LIMS (sample tracking, workflows, COAs, integrations)
Manage data flow between analytical instruments (HPLC, GC‑MS, ICP‑MS, etc.) and LIMS
Build custom reports, automated data exports, and dashboards
Maintain cybersecurity, access controls, audit trails, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance
Lead IT support for lab staff and oversee network/server infrastructure
Evaluate new technologies and manage vendor relationships
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Chemistry, or related field
5+ years of IT experience, including leadership
Hands‑on LIMS experience (QBench, SampleManager, LabVantage, Titan ATL, etc.)
Programming skills (SQL, Python, C#, VBA, etc.)
Experience with CDS and analytical instrument data systems
Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025, FDA, GMP, and ALCOA+
Preferred
Experience in food/supplement testing, lab automation, or analytical techniques (HPLC, GC‑MS, LC‑MS/MS, ICP‑MS)
