Relationship Manager
Endeavor Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager to drive business and revenue growth while building strong relationships within the community. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships, leveraging their expertise in the financial industry to meet production goals and enhance client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities within the community
Stay informed on industry trends, economic developments, and the competitive landscape
Source sufficient new business to meet the Bank’s defined production targets, including deposits, loans, fee income, wealth management referrals, and other goals outlined in the Bank’s plan
Maintain working knowledge of the margin-based compensation and incentive plan and seek clarification or training as needed
Identify and target potential clients through networking, industry associations, community outreach, and cold calling
Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and expand the client base
Serve as the single point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding process
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Maintain regular client communication and address issues or corrections as needed
Understand and follow the Bank’s onboarding process
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to understand financial needs and identify opportunities for additional solutions
Act as a trusted advisor by providing consultative banking guidance
Encourage participation in Business Owner’s Forums and other Bank events
Maintain awareness of client credit quality, including cash flow, profitability, liquidity, leverage, capital strength, and covenant compliance
Serve as an early point of awareness for potential credit concerns and elevate issues as appropriate
Prepare an annual marketing plan and review progress quarterly with the Team Leader
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed production goals
Follow the Bank’s sales call process for both prospective and existing clients
Pursue ongoing skill development in credit, sales, and relationship management
Collaborate with Credit, Risk, Operations, Treasury Management, BSA, and other internal teams to support clients and manage risk
Prepare reports on business development activity, pipeline status, and production results
Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Consistently utilize the CRM system to manage contacts, opportunities, and client interactions
Leverage CRM tools to document activity, schedule follow-ups, and maintain accurate records
Utilize the nCino platform to manage loan applications, workflows, documentation, and reporting
Actively participate in EOS meetings, Rocks, To-Do’s, and IDS processes
Maintain accurate production tracking related to loans and deposits
Provide timely reporting on key performance metrics and outcomes
Participate in community outreach and represent the Bank at civic and business events
Support nonprofit and volunteer initiatives aligned with the Bank’s values
Participate in relevant business and industry associations to expand the Bank’s network and identify business development opportunities
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in commercial banking business development
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
Intermediate accounting knowledge with financial statement analysis experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Must be available to travel
