Responsibilities
Clean, manipulate, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Databricks
Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Develop, test, and maintain data models, queries, and automated workflows
Guide junior analysts, define KPIs, and work with IT to deploy technical solutions
Ensure data quality, security, and adherence to documentation best practices
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in SQL, Python, R, or SAS for data manipulation and statistical analysis
Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools
Proven experience in data analytics, with exposure to predictive analytics or machine learning
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Requires 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or data architecture roles
