Ltd. is seeking experienced FPGA Verification Engineers to support advanced ASIC and FPGA development programs within aerospace and defense R&D environments. The selected engineers will focus on verification activities, including UVM-based verification, safety-critical avionics compliance, and high-speed digital systems, contributing across the full lifecycle of FPGA verification.

Responsibilities
Perform ASIC & FPGA verification for R&D and production programs
Develop and execute verification plans aligned with design requirements
Create and maintain SystemVerilog/UVM testbenches, tests, and coverage models
Support DO-254 (Level A/B) verification activities, including documentation and audits
Execute simulation, coverage analysis, and back-annotation of results
Collaborate with RTL designers, systems engineers, RF/analog teams, and certification teams
Support hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing and lab-based verification
Improve verification efficiency through automation and scripting
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers
Support internal and external technical reviews and certification activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of professional FPGA/ASIC verification experience
Strong proficiency in SystemVerilog
Experience with UVM (expert-level for Sunnyvale & Denver roles)
Experience with FPGA tools such as Xilinx Vivado, Intel Quartus, Synopsys Synplify
Proficiency with HDL simulators, waveform viewers, and coverage tools
Experience working in Linux-based verification environments
Familiarity with version control and configuration management tools
Preferred
Experience with DO-254 avionics hardware certification
Prior participation in FAA or EASA certification audits
Experience with DSP, high-speed digital design, SoC, and high-speed networking
Familiarity with embedded processors on FPGA platforms
Experience with C or embedded software
Experience using lab equipment (JTAG, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes)
