Responsibilities
Assist and support the progress of existing preconstruction projects to ensure Skanska is completing its work accurately and efficiently
Work under direct supervision, perform daily estimating and planning activities, and organize and disseminate information applicable to the planning efforts
Meet critical deadlines, accurately obtain quantities for building components and have the ability to work as part of a team
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Word, and Powerpoint
Geometry - proficiency in measures of length, area and volume calculations
Bachelor's Degree – Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent/applicable degree; or 8 years prior relevant experience
