This role will support the Recruiting & Onboarding subtrack by translating business needs into system capabilities, improving workflows, and executing testing.

Responsibilities
Analyze system requirements and develop Recruiting and Onboarding solutions that meet business needs
Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps (ADO)
Identify opportunities to automate workflows, streamline processes, and improve data flow
Support integrations between the Recruiting module and other platforms (e.g., background screening, skills assessments)
Execute system, integration, and user acceptance testing; support defect triage and go-live readiness
Partner with Organizational Change Management (OCM) to develop end-user documentation, training materials, and communications
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance
Qualification
Required
3+ years of relevant IT experience working with HCM platforms
Hands-on experience implementing enterprise HR systems in organizations of 1,000+ employees
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
Demonstrated experience with software testing, IT systems validation, and agile/hybrid delivery lifecycles
Experience with user story processes (writing user stories, maintaining test case integrity, and documentation for diverse audiences)
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under time constraints
Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
UKG Pro suite experience
Familiarity with recruiting and onboarding processes (workflows, hiring collaboration, preboarding, document collection/compliance)
Familiarity with SaaS integration patterns, including use of APIs
Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Smartsheet for requirements and project tracking
