Responsibilities
Perform business systems analysis for enterprise applications and enhancements
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and backlogs
Facilitate workshops including JAD sessions and empathy mapping
Analyze data, business processes, and workflows to identify optimization opportunities
Support Agile and Waterfall SDLC deliverables, documentation, and governance
Create and execute test cases for batch and online systems
Coordinate stakeholder meetings and communicate project status
Support production systems and smaller initiatives as needed
Assist with project planning, feasibility analysis, and process redesign
Qualification
Required
4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar IT role
Experience supporting consumer-facing digital platforms with complex data and integrations
Strong hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience with compliance, governance, or audit processes
Ability to present complex concepts to senior stakeholders
Automotive industry experience (digital retail, CRM, sales, or financing systems) is a plus
