Responsibilities
Manage and collect open accounts receivable (AR) for several mid-size accounts
Reduce outstanding AR balances through proactive follow-up and issue resolution
Partner with internal sales leads to reconcile open AR with key customers
Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices and payment discrepancies
Resolve collection-related issues with clients and internal teams
Research shortage deductions and prepare appropriate payback/claim documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; Accounting or Business preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections management or accounting
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to effectively balance client needs while supporting organizational goals
Experience managing multiple stakeholders (clients, retailers, internal teams)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work collaboratively with internal and external partners
