Call Center Representative
BCScareers is a company focused on providing exceptional customer service, and they are seeking a Call Center Representative to enhance client satisfaction. The role involves making outbound calls, answering inbound inquiries, and resolving customer care issues through various channels.

Responsibilities
Outbound calls and emails to connect with customers and invite them to register or renew their registration
Outbound calls for follow-ups on existing records
Responsible for making roughly 50 phone calls per day on average
Answer all inbound phone calls received by the BCS main number
Work with the caller to identify and resolve questions or issues
Handle vendor registrations and troubleshoot payment issues
Resolve inbound customer care issues via online chat
Qualification
Required
Enthusiasm and passion for assisting other people and contributing to the success of a hyper-growth company
Familiarity and comfort with modern tools like CRM software
Ability to spend 8 hours of the workday on the phone if needed
Ability to work without significant oversight in a fast-changing environment
Self-starter, detail-oriented, and analytical
Personable, professional, and able to talk to customers in a concise, neighborly manner
Possess a professional and helpful attitude with excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Comfortability and willingness to spend the majority of the workday on the phone with customers
Required to work in-office 5 days per week, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Preferred
Knowledge of Spanish is very helpful
1-2 years of customer service, sales, or related work experience preferred
