Responsibilities
Serve as the primacy point of contact for the CEO's office and triage information and tasks, effectively prioritizing and managing the CEO's time
Implement special projects and events, both company related and personal, as directed
Partner closely with colleagues, teams, and other key players to execute meetings, events, and coordinate shared activities
Ensure CEO is prepared for meetings and events through material preparation and information review
Complete other tasks and responsibilities as needed to provide tailored support to the CEO
Qualification
Required
5+ years of strong, progressive, and fast-paced executive support experience are required
Experience coordinating across multiple teams, other assistants, and the executive office
Able to interact with individuals at all levels and retain outstanding interpersonal skills under pressure
High level of confidentiality with strong judgement skills
