Responsibilities

Support monthly close, annual budget, and quarterly forecast activities for operating and labor expenses
Analyze OpEx and labor variances, identify key drivers, and provide actionable insights
Build and maintain expense forecast models, including scenario analysis
Monitor cost trends, run rates, and forecast accuracy
Support headcount planning and labor-related financial reporting
Prepare executive-ready summaries and presentations
Identify process improvement and automation opportunities

Qualification

Required

3–5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis with a focus on expenses or labor
Strong understanding of operating expense and labor economics
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, or similar)
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

Preferred

Expense management experience supporting HR, Legal, Operations/Supply Chain, and/or Corporate Affairs/Marketing
Experience with workforce planning or expense modeling
Experience with Anaplan, PowerBI, SQL, or VBA/Macros
MBA, CMA and/or CPA
