Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents
Organize case files
Manage client communications
Conduct legal research
Review documents for accuracy
Compile and organize evidence
Support attorneys through various stages of the legal process
Qualification
Required
Comprehensive knowledge of Law and experience in Legal Document Preparation
Strong Research skills and competence in Document Review
Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish
Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines
Professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency with legal software and tools is an advantage
Prior experience as a paralegal, especially in personal injury or workers' compensation cases, is a plus
Preferred
Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certification preferred
