Responsibilities

Define end-to-end architectures for autonomous AI agents on Azure
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate real-world challenges into AI-powered solutions
Build scalable multi-agent systems including orchestrators, planners, reasoning engines, and tool-interacting agents
Agent Orchestration: Implement single/multi-agent patterns with tool use (APIs, RPA), long/short-term memory, and human-in-the-loop
Create reference architectures and best practices
Integrate agents with enterprise applications through APIs, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and vector databases
Platform Integration: Integrate with Power Platform, ServiceNow, SAP, queues/events/APIs
Ensure security, governance, and Responsible AI compliance
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and provide AI technical leadership
Lead implementation of AI agents using Azure OpenAI, LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen) and Azure AI Foundry workflows
Build advanced reasoning chains, tool orchestration pipelines, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) powered workflows
Integrate agents with enterprise applications using APIs, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Manager, App Services, and vector databases
Lead AI projects from ideation to production, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes
Communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders across departments
Monitor and refine AI models to ensure accuracy, performance, and reliability
Stay ahead of AI trends and tools to continuously evolve our capabilities

Qualification

Required

10–12+ years of AI/ML engineering or cloud architecture experience. incl. 2–4+ years hands-on with LLMs/agent systems
3+ years hands‑on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Agent Service, Azure OpenAI
Proven track record taking AI from POC → pilot → scaled production in large or regulated enterprises
Strong Python and LLM orchestration framework experience
Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native design, containerization, and observability
