Responsibilities
Build and lead a high-performing Product & Segment Marketing organization that owns positioning, messaging, segment strategy, competitive intelligence, and enablement — with a culture rooted in clarity, accountability, and impact
Define differentiated positioning and storytelling across the Pax8 Marketplace, AI/agentic capabilities, cloud, security, and services
Turn technical innovation into clear, human-centered narratives partners and SMBs can act on
Set the global segmentation strategy who we serve, the problems we solve, and the value we deliver
Anchor solution narratives in real buyer needs, behaviours, and maturity
Establish a best-in-class view of the market, competitors, and whitespace
Influence positioning, pricing, and roadmap decisions with insight, not instinct
Arm Sales, Pre-Sales, CX, Partner, and Vendor teams with what they need to win — battlecards, pitches, demos, and talk tracks
Ensure every team can confidently tell the Pax8 story
Own the core GTM inputs personas, positioning, messaging frameworks, and launch narratives
Regional teams scale and activate your strategy worldwide
Qualification
Required
10+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing leadership, with experience building and scaling high-impact PMM functions
Strong technical fluency across cloud, security, automation, and/or AI — and the ability to make complex concepts simple and compelling
A proven track record of leading and inspiring teams with empathy, clarity, and accountability - serving as a trusted North Star in moments of change
Credibility influencing product strategy, packaging, and go-to-market decisions through insight and follow-through
A master storyteller who turns complexity into narratives that resonate with partners, sellers, and SMBs
A builder's mindset - equally strong in strategy and execution, and known for doing what you say
A collaborative, high-integrity leader who earns trust and drives alignment across internal and external stakeholders
