Responsibilities
Assign kits and monitor task completion to support production schedules and ensure material availability
Support and guide receiving operations, ensuring accurate documentation, labeling, and system transactions
Oversee and audit material movement to maintain proper handling, storage, and traceability
Train and coach team members on standard work, safety practices, and material handling procedures
Audit receiving, inventory, and material flow processes to ensure compliance and identify improvement opportunities
Perform and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy and accountability
Investigate and help resolve inventory discrepancies related to receiving, movement, or system transactions
Partner with the Supervisor on planning and executing continuous improvement initiatives focused on materials, inventory accuracy, and workflow efficiency
Qualification
Required
Experience in materials operations and inventory management
Ability to guide and train team members on standard work and safety practices
Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation and compliance
Experience with cycle counts and inventory audits
Ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
Strong communication skills to partner with the Materials Supervisor
Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Access to export-controlled information or items that require 'U.S. Person' status
