Responsibilities
Review the functionality of existing systems
Conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes
Collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet clients’ business needs
Perform test planning activities such as writing test plan, test cases, test reports, status reports, and project related activities
Communicate and collaborate with Business users, Subject Matter
Providing Test result walkthroughs to Business
Collaborate with Config development teams for Defect fixes testing and closure
Qualification
Required
Years of Information Technology experience
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dayton, OH or be willing to relocate to the area
Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Functional Testing experience in US Healthcare Payer domain
Years of experience in FACETS Benefits configuration Testing, FACETS Claims Testing
Must Have: STLC, SQL, Test management in Azure Devops, Agile Kanban
Hands on experience working with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Power Point, Excel, and Visio
Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle activities
Perform test planning activities such as writing test plan, test cases, test reports, status reports, and project related activities
Communicate and collaborate with Business users, Subject Matter
Providing Test result walkthroughs to Business
Collaborate with Config development teams for Defect fixes testing and closure
