Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for daily client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
Provide Level 1 support for issue identification, response, and resolution
Meet established productivity and performance targets while delivering a high-quality client experience
Identify and escalate urgent or complex matters to senior client service leadership as appropriate
Contribute to a 'speak-up' culture by providing input into client service transformation initiatives
Complete required training, certifications, and learning journeys within defined timelines
Develop a strong understanding of organizational standards, policies, procedures, and Client Service tools and systems
Build and apply knowledge of the Treasury Services product suite and related operational flows to resolve client inquiries effectively
Qualification
Required
Experience in FX, banking, and payments
Ability to deliver timely, high-quality support
Ability to meet service level and productivity standards
Ability to provide Level 1 support for issue identification, response, and resolution
Ability to identify and escalate urgent or complex matters
Ability to contribute to client service transformation initiatives
Ability to complete required training, certifications, and learning journeys within defined timelines
Strong understanding of organizational standards, policies, procedures, and Client Service tools and systems
Knowledge of the Treasury Services product suite and related operational flows
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in banking, finance, or a related field
Self-motivated with a strong client-first mindset
Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities under pressure
Adaptable and comfortable in a changing, fast-paced environment
