Responsibilities
Design specialized and engineered products to meet customer specifications
Provide and maintain technical information in CPQ, ERP, CAD, and PDM systems
Perform stress calculations and finite element analysis (FEA)
Ensure accuracy of engineering drawings, procedures, installation instructions, and product documentation
Develop product quotes including cost, pricing, and lead time as required
Communicate technical details with customers, suppliers, and vendors
Research existing and new tooling for special product manufacturing and provide tooling cost estimates
Identify and implement engineering process improvements
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical skills
Ability to read and interpret manufacturing and engineering drawings
Advanced math skills
Experience with stress analysis and FEA
Knowledge of applicable engineering standards and certification codes
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows, CPQ, ERP, CAD, and PDM systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
