Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end production of high-quality social media content that reflects the Clinton Foundation and principal’s brand voice and resonates with diverse audiences — establishing branded series and providing creative direction and supervision to designers and video producers
Create platform-specific social media plans aligned with the Foundation’s strategic priorities and calendar. Manage editorial calendar and keep track of opportunities to spotlight programs, events, and principals
Manage relationships with content creators and other partners and assist with the development of an overall strategy to help the Foundation reach new audiences through social media
Create social media performance reports to help inform strategy and content decisions
Monitor online conversation to help identify risks and opportunities and to engage in trending or mission-aligned conversations
Stay current on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices. Share new opportunities, platform updates, and innovative approaches
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, or related field required
At least 7 years of professional experience in the field in positions of increasing responsibility required
At least 2-3 years managing people/projects required
At least 3 years operating in a similar role at a similar sized organization required
Keen grasp of digital storytelling and platform-specific best practices
Preferred
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite), analytics dashboards, and performance reporting is a plus
Knowledge of paid social, influencer engagement, or partnership amplification
