Responsibilities
Build, improve, and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports using platforms such as Sigma, Mode, or similar BI tools
Partner with stakeholders to identify business challenges and translate them into data-driven recommendations
Analyze trends, drivers, and performance changes to inform operational and strategic decision-making
Manipulate, clean, validate, and blend data from multiple sources to ensure quality and consistency
Support reporting on supply chain and logistics metrics by leveraging data from warehouse and transportation management systems (WMS, TMS) as needed
Define, document, and standardize key metrics to ensure alignment and a single source of truth across teams
Communicate findings clearly through data visualizations, summaries, and presentations
Take ownership of dashboards and analytics products, continuously seeking opportunities to improve data quality, reporting tools, and processes
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related roles
Strong proficiency with SQL, data manipulation, and analysis of large datasets
Hands-on experience building KPI dashboards in Sigma, Mode, or comparable BI platforms
Sound analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
Ability to effectively partner with business teams in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and iterating solutions quickly based on feedback
Preferred
Experience with WMS, TMS, or other supply chain/logistics systems
Exposure to marketplace, operations, or fulfillment analytics
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and modern analytics stacks
Experience analyzing time-series data and operational performance
Interest in advancing to more complex analytics, including experimentation or forecasting
