Responsibilities
Build production model vehicle based on the existing data, with all options applied
Support the engineering activities for large scale automotive development programs by investigating feasibility
Review engineering product structure and work on creating simplified rendered models
Interact with ancillary teams like marketing, styling etc to share and review the rendered models
Perform tasks related to product engineering data release
Communicate necessary changes to the development team to ensure BOM accuracy
Travel to client sites required
Perform other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Associate degree with 3yrs of CAD experience
Experience using 3-D modeling software tools (CATIA V5/V6 required)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS office
Preferred
Education with the following specialties preferred: Mechanical, Mechanical Technology, Aerospace, Automotive, Manufacturing
Exposure to Deltagen or VRed software preferred
