Executive Assistant to CEO
Topaz HR is a privately held real estate acquisition and management firm, and they are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This fully onsite role provides high-level exposure to strategic operations and has the potential to scale into a Chief of Staff position for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, investors, and external partners
Draft, proofread, and manage executive communications, presentations, and reports
Organize and coordinate special projects, follow-ups, and high-priority initiatives
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Anticipate the CEO’s needs, streamline workflows, and proactively solve administrative and operational challenges
Over time, take on more strategic responsibilities, including cross-functional coordination, project management, and executive-level decision support
Qualification
Required
Proven experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in fast-paced corporate, real estate, or investment environments
Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and productivity/collaboration tools
Ability to anticipate needs and work proactively
Preferred
Experience in commercial real estate, investment, or financial services
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, etc.)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong interest in professional growth into executive leadership roles
