Responsibilities
Candidate should be a hands-on Java Lead person with an overall 10+ Years of IT Experience
Should be doing hands-on Coding in the current projects
Should have experience of 7 years and hands-on exp in Java, Microservices, Spring boot, Spring batch and Kafka. Should have hands-on experience in their current projects
Should have hands-on working experience in Agile Methodologies
Should have a Strong and Hardcore Backend Project Development experience and API, mostly experience in using Java, spring boot, and any messaging tool
MOST IMPORTANT: Team Lead experience – experience In managing onshore/offshore and nearshore models from the US location (at least 2 years)
Must be legally authorized to work in US without need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future
Good Communication
100% written confirmation on working from the client office – no remote working (not negotiable)

10+ Years of IT Experience
Hands-on Coding in current projects
7 years of hands-on experience in Java, Microservices, Spring boot, Spring batch and Kafka
Hands-on working experience in Agile Methodologies

Team Lead experience managing onshore/offshore and nearshore models from the US location (at least 2 years)
