Responsibilities

Manage projects and build relationships with HDR’s largest clients, focusing on transportation, construction communications, planning/studies, wastewater, drinking water, and water resources
Build strong relationships, understand client priorities, and develop tailored strategies that drive meaningful engagement
Translate technical concepts into clear, accessible content for diverse audiences
Collaborate closely with HDR project managers and technical staff

Required

A minimum of 8 years relevant industry experience
Experience leading social media campaigns
Service- and client-oriented personality with the ability to handle multiple assignments at a time and set and meet deadlines
Self-starter; can work well independently or in a team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Preferred

Familiarity with the architecture and engineering consulting industry
Previous experience working in the transportation, wastewater, drinking water and/or water resources industries
Previous consulting or account management experience preferred
Preference given to local candidates
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds without assistance
Must be able to effectively communicate in person, by telephone, and via email
Must be able to independently get yourself to meetings and events
