Responsibilities

Own full lifecycle delivery (SDLC) of IT projects, from intake and planning through development, testing, deployment, and closeout
Manage 3–5 concurrent multi-million dollar IT projects of varying size and complexity across the enterprise
Lead scope definition, cost estimation, scheduling, and named resource assignments
Drive execution using SDLC-based delivery models across Agile and Waterfall projects
Facilitate technical and stakeholder meetings, ensuring alignment and accountability
Track and report project health including schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies
Ensure complete and accurate project documentation within the Project Repository
Identify and mitigate delivery risks and escalate issues appropriately
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable communication
Actively manage vendors and contracted resources to delivery commitments

Required

8+ years of hands-on IT Project Management experience delivering full SDLC projects
Demonstrated experience working in a PMO environment as an IT Project Manager
Proven track record managing application and technology-based IT projects
Strong vendor management experience
Practical experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
Proficiency with Microsoft Project (Server) and Project Online (PWA)
Experience using Azure DevOps and Smartsheets
Strong leadership, planning, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills
Ability to forecast and manage IT project cost, schedule, resources, and labor
Strong documentation and reporting capabilities

Preferred

Exposure to PWA and SharePoint for IT project repository management
