New Grad, Entry LevelMCHS Family of Services is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support the daily administrative functions of the HR department. The role includes assisting in recruiting efforts, maintaining employee records, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Maintain employee records, including updating personal information, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and new hires feel welcomed
Maintain and track agency trainings for all employees
Support the HR team in other administrative duties and special projects as needed
Assist with department projects, quality improvement, and other activities as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Must meet the State's Moral Character standard
Strong communication skills
Keen eye for detail
Passion for supporting the well-being of employees
Action oriented
Effectively communicate verbally and in writing with agency staff and volunteers and government officials
Demonstrate integrity
Manage time and multiple priorities; meet deadlines
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, other agencies and the public
Handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
Be collaborative and flexible, with a strong service mentality
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in HR or administrative roles
