Responsibilities

Lead customer audits, assessments, and inspections from preparation through closure
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer compliance inquiries and escalations
Ensure continuous audit readiness across all warehouse operations
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10–15 compliance or quality team members
Set clear performance expectations and ensure accountability
Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and corrective action as needed
Own and track corrective and preventive action plans to completion
Partner with cross-functional leaders to address root causes and prevent recurrence
Ensure compliance documentation, SOPs, and work instructions are accurate, current, and audit-ready
Maintain evidence repositories to support customer and regulatory requirements
Monitor daily warehouse operations to ensure adherence to customer standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations
Identify compliance gaps and proactively implement corrective actions
Ensure required compliance training is completed, documented, and validated
Partner with HR and Operations to support onboarding and ongoing compliance education
