Responsibilities
Drafting and e-filing pleadings and litigation documents
Preparing and assisting with interrogatories and written discovery
Supporting litigation deadlines, filings, and overall case organization
Coordinating depositions, witness scheduling, and litigation-related calendars
Preparing and organizing ER 904s, trial notebooks, and trial materials
Assisting attorneys with substantive trial preparation, not just settlement work
Qualification
Required
Plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience is required
Comfort with discovery, e-filing, and trial preparation
Strong organization, follow-through, and responsiveness
Someone who enjoys being engaged, collaborative, and part of an active litigation team
