Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud implementations and upgrades
Act as the functional lead across core financial modules and integrations
Partner with finance, supply chain, and business stakeholders to design scalable solutions
Configure financial structures including COA, approval workflows, payment terms, and accounting rules
Support UAT, workshops, stakeholder presentations, and change management
Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and audit requirements
Drive process optimization and automation across financial operations
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in Oracle Financials with a consulting background (Big 4 highly preferred)
Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud
Strong hands-on experience with: GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Tax, Expenses
Proven end-to-end implementation and upgrade experience
Wholesale distribution finance expertise, including: Inventory valuation, Landed cost, Rebates, Margin analysis
Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) integrations
Experience integrating with third-party financial systems: HighRadius, BlackLine, TM1, Concur, Kyriba, Vertex
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
