$28/hr - $29/hreTeam is seeking a temporary Operations Support professional to join their Wealth Management Private Banking Operations Account Services unit. The role involves providing operational processing support for banking products, focusing on debit card transaction dispute review, escalations, and data analysis.

Responsibilities
Account Servicing Management, inclusive of: Card order return and hold file processing including address troubleshooting, Red flag processing, Account building/updating for reject items, Card deactivation, Debit card transaction research and Exception management
Case Management Workflow Fees & Journals, inclusive of: Effectively responding to field service requests and inquiries, processing queue items, and entering journals impacting client accounts
Data Analysis and Query Building, inclusive of: Compiling data for monthly management reporting, identifying debit card and transactional trends using data and data analysis, and monitoring month-over-month key metrics and performance indicators
Journal processing and Reconciliation management, inclusive of: Debit card dispute processes, Reviewing and processing of rejected items, Performing debit card settlement account reconciliation
Qualification
Required
Strong working knowledge of Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and large data manipulation
Professional oral and written communication skills
Proven proficiency in problem resolution and demonstration of initiative
Strong organizational / time management skills to succeed in a high-pressure / fast paced environment
Strong attention to details
Solution-oriented, creative thinker, and continuous learning mindset
Ability to think and act like an owner
Preferred
Competencies in VBA, SQL, Alteryx, Power BI, and/or UiPath
