Responsibilities

Lead the annual budgeting and long-range planning processes, ensuring alignment with Spring’s mission, strategic priorities, and operational goals
Develop and maintain robust forecasting and KPI models that provide visibility into performance trends and actionable insights for leadership
Partner with Operations leadership to optimize clinic performance, capacity utilization, and patient experience through data-driven analysis and financial insight
Collaborate with the Marketing team to evaluate campaign effectiveness, patient acquisition costs, and ROI on brand and growth initiatives
Work with the People team to support workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and compensation modeling that align with growth objectives
Translate complex financial and operational data into clear narratives and recommendations that inform executive decision-making and strategic planning
Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior leaders across the business, connecting financial outcomes to operational drivers
Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team that embodies Spring’s values of collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement
Implement tools, systems, and best practices to enhance forecasting accuracy, scalability, and reporting efficiency
Support monthly and quarterly reporting to investors and the Board, ensuring timely, accurate, and strategic presentations of financial performance

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
8–10+ years of progressive FP&A, detailed corporate budget experience required
Proven success partnering cross-functionally in multi-site healthcare or service organizations required

Preferred

MBA, CPA, or CFA designation preferred
Experience in private equity–backed or high-growth, multi-site healthcare organizations preferred
Corporate Development and Strategic Finance experience preferred
Experience with financial planning tools and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI) preferred
