Responsibilities
Track and maintain records of employee referrals
Monitor program effectiveness and suggest improvements
Ensure timely communication with referring employees and referred candidates
Serve as a point of contact for candidate inquiries
Provide timely responses to questions regarding the application process, job details, and recruitment timelines
Ensure a positive candidate experience by addressing concerns professionally and efficiently
Assist with marketing efforts to promote job openings on LinkedIn and other job boards
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling job advertisements and recruitment campaigns
Monitor and analyze the performance of job postings and suggest optimizations
Compile and distribute weekly recruitment reports
Identify trends and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers when needed
Facilitate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
Support the planning and execution of recruitment events, such as career fairs and open houses
Assist with logistics, such as venue selection, scheduling, and material preparation
Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency
Additional administrative task supporting recruitment team
