Responsibilities
Perform general ledger accounting , journal entries, and monthly account reconciliations
Manage and process Accounts Payable (AP) transactions, including vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment runs
Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including invoicing, collections, cash applications, and customer account reconciliations
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Support the month-end and year-end close processes
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal policies and GAAP
Assist with audits, tax filings, and other financial compliance requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to efficiency initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Preferred
2–4 years of accounting experience (public or corporate); exposure to AR, AP, and general ledger preferred
