Lead Transaction Coordinator (TC Lead)
The Laughton Team is seeking a Lead Transaction Coordinator to oversee the Transaction Coordination team while managing day-to-day operations. This role involves hands-on transaction coordination and leadership, focusing on service quality and process improvement.

Responsibilities
Provide daily operational leadership for the TC/LC team
Manage a limited number of transactions while overseeing overall workflow
Review files for accuracy, compliance, and consistency
Reinforce established processes and documentation standards
Support team coverage during PTO, absences, or high-volume periods
Oversee transaction flow across systems, including IA, SISU, and FUB
Identify workflow issues and support process improvements
Serve as a go-to resource for TC and LC questions
Assign TCs to new agents
Adjust coverage and reassign tasks as needed during absences or volume spikes
Act as the primary operational decision-maker for TC/LC workflows
Escalate policy or compliance exceptions when required
Qualification
Required
High-volume Transaction Coordinator experience
Strong understanding of real estate transactions and compliance
Experience working within TC workflow or transaction management platforms
Technology-forward and comfortable learning new systems
Proven ability to lead peers through change with clarity and consistency
Organized, solution-oriented, and calm under pressure
