Responsibilities
Testing and Validation: Manual and automated software testing. This includes executing test cases, identifying bugs, and logging defects with clear and concise details
Organization and Planning: Organize testing schedules, track project activities, and ensure that testing artifacts, such as test plans and test results, are well-documented and maintained
Deployment Support: Deployment of software by helping with pre- and post-deployment checks and collaborating with development and operations teams to ensure smooth transitions
Communication: Communicates testing status, issues, and results to team members and other stakeholders
Output Comparison: Conducts comparisons of software outputs against expected results or against previous versions to identify and report discrepancies
Qualification
Required
Leading, planning, execution, and delivery of complex software modernization projects Required 10 Years
Experience capturing system requirements and guiding UAT preparation Required 10 Years
Experience managing system enhancements and module integrations to expand functionality Required 10 Years
Experience with all facets of State Government Workforce Services Systems Required 10 Years
