The Customer Service Agent will handle inbound calls, assist customers with prepaid vacation packages, and ensure high-quality service while resolving issues promptly.

Responsibilities
Assist customers holding prepaid corporate marketing mini-vacation packages
Requalify customers based on current corporate marketing package tour qualifications
Positively influence the tour show rate through effective communication and service
Resolve customer issues using a one-call resolution approach and established guidelines
Maintain professional conduct and deliver high-quality service to all customers and team members
Adhere to scheduled work hours, report on time, and meet performance expectations
Manage time effectively and maintain attention to detail
Uphold a clean, courteous, professional attitude and appearance
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be able to pass a background check
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service abilities
General computer proficiency
Proper phone etiquette
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive customer interactions professionally
