Responsibilities

Manage and support key product strategy initiatives for growth opportunities
Conduct customer research (e.g., interviews, surveys) to identify high opportunity problem spaces based on user needs and pain points
Deliver competitor and industry research and analysis, identifying must-have and differentiator capabilities
Support development of new product concepts and customer testing that help define and validate product opportunities
Summarize analysis and recommendations in presentations and papers
Proactively manage work across projects, keeping timelines on track
Support global product strategy and investment planning and tracking
Help drive alignment of product priorities and investments with product groups across regions and portfolios
Support strategic initiatives that drive rapid expansion of new products and capabilities across geographic regions
Help maintain a global view of key initiatives (e.g., roadmaps)
Support annual product strategy cycle deliverables and the delivery of CPO presentations for senior leadership events (e.g., board updates, executive reports)
Contribute to the culture and growth of the Global Product Organization by sharing knowledge across functions and participating in team initiatives

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Math, or other quantitative discipline
4+ years analytical experience in a top-tier consulting firm (or 2+ years post-MBA)
Quantitative modeling in MS Excel; strong MS PowerPoint and Word skills
Experience working with surveys and related tools (e.g., Qualtrics)
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills

Preferred

Experience in the software, legal, or technology industry
