Project Engineer Sr - PAC-3 Missile Maintenance IPT Lead

Responsibilities
Own the “who, what, when, and why” of all missile processing work for supported customers
Communicate program manager priorities to the Sustainment Execution Team within IMAT, translating technical needs into clear action items
Facilitate problem solving sessions, gathering execution team input, diagnosing issues, and presenting well structured solutions to the PM
Serve as the PM’s technical resource: develop deep knowledge of MSE/CRI missile subsystems, planning tools, and key program contacts
Innovate by identifying execution roadblocks, proposing realistic alternatives, and guiding the PM through decision making
Support forecasting and planning of execution activities, accounting for constraints and preparing formal briefings for USG stakeholders
Coordinate with Recertification, Repair, and Stockpile Reliability Testing teams to meet contractual milestones within cost targets
Contribute to the development of complete, executable cost estimates
Assist FMS Program Managers in creating presentations and communications for PAC 3 directorates, USG, and international partners
Analyze customer material readiness using ERP data and deliver recommendations that shape strategic decisions and on time delivery
Represent the program on the Configuration Control Board (CCB)
Participate in Failure Review Board (FRB), Risk & Opportunity Board, and Corrective Action Board (CAB) deliberations
Qualification
Required
Able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritize, lead, and manage tasks to completion
Strong organization and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task high priorities
Exceptional teambuilding skills; Demonstrated coordination and collaboration experience
Able to present a problem, propose a solution, and support a discussion with program leadership and key stakeholders
Ability to work independently in a dynamic team environment under general guidance
Ability to professionally communicate both orally and in writing, clearly, concisely, and with technical accuracy
Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Record of utilizing the Full Spectrum Leadership (FSL) model in executing responsibilities
Ability to proactively manage multiple tasks and priorities
Formal presentation skills; ability to produce presentation materials appropriate to the audience
Knowledge of process improvement methodology
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance
Preferred
Proven resource management of people, material, and time
Project management skillsets, including but not limited to: leadership, effective communication, planning/organization, risk management, and financial acumen
PAC-3 Missile Segment system knowledge
Experience in both a repair depot and a manufacturing environment
Experience with various contract types and requirements development
Proven customer relationship skills and previous experience with USG agencies, specifically SHIELD and DCMA
Experience applying Control Account Management (CAM) and EVMS methodologies
Familiarity with OASAS, ERP tool SAP (PRD and MRO) or similar databases
