Responsibilities
Advise high-net-worth individuals, families, fiduciaries, and business owners on comprehensive estate planning strategies, including wills, trusts, and related instruments
Provide estate and trust administration services with a focus on clarity, responsiveness, and thoughtful client communication
Deliver sophisticated tax planning and controversy counsel in the context of wealth transfer and estate matters
Assist clients with business succession planning, entity structuring, and intergenerational wealth transfer
Cultivate and grow a robust book of business through high-quality client service, referrals, and professional networking
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) and admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
Substantial experience in trust and estate planning and administration (including tax considerations)
Excellent client relationship skills and the ability to explain complex legal concepts in practical, accessible terms
Proven business development capability or strong ambition to develop a thriving personal practice
A self-starter with high ethical standards and a commitment to exceptional client service
