Responsibilities
Lead and supervise Quality Auditors and Technicians to ensure compliance with all quality standards, procedures, and specifications
Train production line associates on product standards, inspection requirements, and quality expectations
Responsible for maintenance of the gage calibration system, incoming inspection system, corrective actions system and measurement request system
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and departmental records
Promote a safe work environment and ensure adherence to safety policies, including proper use of tools and equipment
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED required
Six months to one year of related supervisory experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Train production line associates on product standards, inspection requirements, and quality expectations

Preferred
Associate or two-year degree from a college or technical school
Prior quality experience, certifications and training
