IT Manager
Talent Harbor is a fast-growing, U.S.-based remote company seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead day-to-day IT operations. This role involves managing IT systems, vendors, and team leadership while partnering with senior tech leadership in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Lead and support a distributed IT team
Own daily IT operations across a global remote workforce
Administer Microsoft 365 (Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint, endpoints)
Manage IT vendors, MSPs, contracts, and SLAs
Own and administer CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho Recruit)
Drive automation, integrations, and documentation
Maintain cybersecurity hygiene with external vendors
Support AI and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
5+ years in IT operations or systems management
2+ years of people leadership experience
Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience
Cloud / SaaS-based background (no traditional networking focus)
Hands-on CRM administration experience
Proven vendor management experience
Advanced English communication skills
Comfortable reviewing logic or scripts (PowerShell, Python, or similar)
Trust-first, non-micromanaging leadership style
