Responsibilities
Primary focus for this new team will entail supporting a growing number of clinical data feeds in our organization. As our portfolio grows, we need to scale our processes (KT, documentation, resolve prod issues etc.) for rosters, ingestion, and data at rest workflows
Build and represent the vision. This role will have high level exposure and require superior communication and presentation skills to deliver insights to stakeholders and team members, including executives
Identify feature priorities, lead user story definition, partner with cross functional solution delivery teams, and manage the product roadmap
Gather and monitor key performance metrics to ensure product performance and quality, as well as identify optimization opportunities
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner or Project Management
3+ years' experience with Agile/SAFe using JIRA
5+ years of experience with clinical/healthcare data analysis
FHIR HL7, ADTs, CCDA, EHR/EMR, UM/CM/QM, USCDI experience
Clinical experience with patient care or expertise in HL7 standards to better understand the data generated from EMR/EHR platforms (CCDs, ADTs, ORUs, MDMs etc.)
Basic working knowledge of GCP (or other cloud platforms) and intermediate/advance SQL skills
Experience with interoperability concepts, data exchange, standards and frameworks
Preferred
Strong critical thinker who makes balanced, insightful decisions using solution-based thinking to solve problems and ask probing questions
Innate curiosity to understand architectural patterns
Basic SQL skills
Demonstrated business acumen
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization
Demonstrated collaborative style, with ability to lead and influence diverse team
