Responsibilities
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial services location
Monitor access points, lobby traffic, and restricted areas, verifying identification and authorizations as required, and documenting entries and exits per site policy
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and/or assistance in accordance with post orders
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including perimeter checks, ATM and night depository areas as assigned, and report unusual conditions that may help to deter loss or disruption
Complete timely incident reports, shift logs, and patrol documentation, and communicate observations and next-step recommendations to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts
Qualification
Required
Have 1+ years' law enforcement experience or 2+ years' security supervisor or manager experience or 3+ years' security experience
Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client
Be at least 21+ years of age
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
