Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines
Identify and report content that violates safety standards, community guidelines, or legal requirements
Follow established moderation procedures to maintain consistency in enforcement
Meet accuracy and productivity targets while making fair and objective moderation decisions
Escalate complex cases to senior moderators or policy teams when necessary
Maintain confidentiality and privacy when handling sensitive content and user data
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and ability to review content that may include hate speech, fraud or misinformation/disinformation
Basic understanding of content moderation tools, workflows, and community guidelines
Awareness of cultural differences and their impact on online communities
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to document moderation decisions clearly
Preferred
6 months-1 year of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or related trust and safety fields
