Responsibilities
System Design & Architecture: Define and evolve the architecture for highly scalable, distributed backend systems, often for cloud-based SaaS platforms
Technical Leadership: Lead the development lifecycle, including code reviews, best practices, and mentoring senior/junior developers
Hands-on Implementation: Actively develop high-performance code in Go (Golang) and oversee the integration with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, TypeScript)
Performance Optimization: Analyze and improve site performance, latency, and throughput for high-volume traffic systems
Security & Compliance: Ensure application security, including authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth) and compliance with industry standards
Cloud & DevOps Integration: Design solutions using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes)
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in software development
Experience in designing and evolving architecture for highly scalable, distributed backend systems
Technical leadership experience, including code reviews and mentoring
Hands-on experience in developing high-performance code in Go (Golang)
Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, TypeScript)
Ability to analyze and improve site performance, latency, and throughput
Knowledge of application security, including authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth)
