Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance
Lead and manage a team of Maintenance Technicians, providing training and technical guidance
Troubleshoot, repair, and service car wash equipment, ensuring minimal downtime
Coordinate installation and support of new equipment across multiple sites
Monitor and manage maintenance schedules, prioritizing urgent repairs while maintaining efficiency
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies
Maintain parts inventory and manage vendor relationships for equipment and supplies
Support site managers and operators by training them on equipment maintenance best practices
Oversee fleet vehicle maintenance for team and ensure adherence to operational requirements
Provide regular maintenance performance reports to senior management

Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing systems
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and industrial maintenance best practices
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, maintenance, or a related field
Experience in car wash equipment maintenance or a similar industry
Welding and fabrication experience
