Responsibilities

Perform and lead work in the following trades:
Carpentry and framing
Finish carpentry and cabinetry installation
Tile installation
Plumbing
Electrical
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
Ensure work is completed in compliance with local, state, and federal codes
Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Adhere to all company safety policies and public works requirements
Layout
Material take off for projects
Maintaining budgets

Qualification

Lead carpenter experienceMultiple tradesConstruction methodsOSHA 30 CertificationCPR/First Aid CertificationSafety commitmentRead blueprintsLeadership skills

Required

Minimum 15 years of experience as a carpenter, with lead experience
Demonstrated proficiency in multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, tile, framing, cabinetry)
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
Ability to pass a background check if required for public works projects
Clean driving record (required to occupy company truck)
Legal authorization to work in the United States (I-9 compliant)
Valid U.S. driver's license
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
CPR/First Aid Certification
Ability to comply with prevailing wage and public works requirements
