Responsibilities

Define, own, and advocate the product goal, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for your area, aligning with gUP, product area, and user goals
Conduct user research, journey analysis, and market analysis to identify and prioritize key opportunities
Drive the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration, collaborating closely with Engineering, UX, Partner-facing teams, and Operations to deliver impactful solutions
Define and analyze key metrics to measure success, make informed product decisions, and develop strategies to improve user engagement, satisfaction, and support outcomes
Lead and influence cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and delivery. Mentor junior product managers, fostering product craft and team growth

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in product management or related technical roles
3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.)
Experience with the domain area of Generative AI or Large Language Models

Preferred

Experience turning broad, ambiguous problems into clear, well-structured projects
Experience working closely with engineering to understand infrastructure design and tradeoffs
Knowledge about consumer products, customer support, next generation technologies
Ability to define metrics, analyze experiments, generate insights, and communicate results to the wider organization
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on high-velocity projects
Excellent communication skills including presenting regularly to executive leadership
